Marina Square, Reem Island

Toshiba Elevator and Building Systems Corporation (Toshiba) has been playing an active role in the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E), especially in high rises and mixed development projects. This including installation of 129 units of elevators (mostly high speed gearless elevator) and 22 units of escalators in Reem Island's Marina Square, a residential and retail community which is build around a marina complex. It is a mixed development that allows the residents to enjoy facilities such as cafes, restaurants, shopping outlets as well as 8 cinema complexes.
